The vocational program helps enable older students to learn skills needed to earn a living. Some of the skills that are taught are furniture making and carpentry, sewing, knitting, soap making, baking, and fabric dying. The goal is for the vocational program to become self supporting. Since our students are learning new trades, PTPL pays for teacher salaries and for some of the supplies.
